Orders and Shipping
It all depends if your order is in stock, or a back order that needs to be made especially for you. Special colours take time. We usually do our best to get orders out within 7-10 working days.

The best way to track your order is to keep in touch with one of our sales representatives. All orders are manually handled and manufactured.
No, we use payment gateways like Fastpay which means we do not have any of your credit card numbers or payment details on our system.
Yes, we charge regular VAT as required by South African Authorities
For the moment our main distribution channels are within South Africa. For other regions please contact our office.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7 Day return policy. All items are checked before delivery and checked again upon delivery to ensure you only received the best.
This does not happen frequently, but if it does we will gladly exchange your order in such a scenario.
Damaged items will be replaced. Before our driver leaves your premises he will confirm delivery and quality.
This can be rectified by simply changing your details on our website or by communicating your change via email.
All orders are custom made. This means orders can only be cancelled before manufacturing has begun. This is usually within 24 hours of placing an order.
We do offer back orders or custom orders yes. So if an item is sold out we can manufacture it for you.
